Description |
This interdisciplinary design seminar addresses "incipient ecological perspectives of today" in relation to the built environment, focusing on autonomous and interdependent design paradigms and building systems. Using case studies in architecture, art, and engineering, our research will challenge prevailing assumptions, articulate new systemic approaches, and develop specific prototypes. While the seminar will be taught from an architectural perspective, it is structured to foster interdisciplinary work with engineering, urban planning, and the humanities, and encourage the participation of both architecture and non-architecture majors. |
