Description Course examines the origins of the current global financial crisis and what has been, should be, and is likely to be done at the international level to minimize the risk of another crisis. Focus on the G8, the G20, and less-well-known but increasingly important key standard-setting bodies: the Basel Committee, the Financial Stability Board, the International Organization of Securities Commissions, and the International Accounting Standards Board.
